Obtain Test or Code Information for a Screening on the Screening Tools Template

You can view the test or code information for screenings documented to satisfy a care guideline by using the Screening Tools template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Select a patient encounter, and then open the Intake template.
3. In the navigation bar, select the Screening Tools link.
   The Screening Tools template opens.
4. Search for the screening tool name, and then enter the exact spelling in the Screening Instrument field.
