Document the Pregnancy History
You can document pregnancy history information in the Pregnancy History panel. You can use the Pregnancy History panel to open the Pregnancy Outcomes template. Note: The Pregnancy Outcomes template is used during Prenatal and Postpartum visits as well as gynecology encounters. The workflow is different for each. In general, the most detail is entered during a Postpartum Visit. Pregnancy History Open the Histories tab. Open the Pregnancy History panel. Select the Add/Update button in the Pregnancy History panel.The Pregnancy Outcomes template opens. If you turn on the Parity auto-calculation setting, the Auto-calculation green text appears. Document the Medical and Infection History
You can document the medical infection history information in the Medical/Infection History panel. Open the Histories tab. Open the Medication/Infection History panel. Select the Default All to Neg. buttons. Document the patient's medical and infection history and you can update when required. Note: If the patient provides any positive answers to any of the medical or infection questions, then enter the details in the Medical/Surgical/Interim panel. Document the Gravidity and Parity
You can quickly view the patient's gravidity and parity and can only document multiple births information in the Gravidity/Parity panel. Before you begin You must enter the gravidity and parity information in the Pregnancy History panel. The Gravidity/Parity panel allows you to view the gravidity and parity information and enter multiple births. Open the Histories template. Expand the Gravidity/Parity panel. Note: You can only view the details in the Gravidity/Parity panel. Optional: To enter multiple births, enter the number in the Multiple births window.The multiple births number displays. Document the Genetic Screening and Teratology Counseling Panel
You can document patient's genetic screening and teratology conseling information in the Genetic Screening/Teratology Counseling panel. On the Genetic Screening/Teratology Counseling panel, the answer to question #1 (whether the patient will be 35 years or older as of the due date) is selected by default. It can be manually changed, if needed. Open the Histories template. Open the Genetic Screening/Teratology Counseling panel. Select the Default All to No button. Note: .The option for patient will be 35 years or older as of the due date is selected by default based on patient's age. Ask the questions and change any answers to the Yes option, if appropriate. If any answers are positive, enter comments in the Comments/Counseling field, if needed. Note: Some items are general, or a combination of more than one thing, and require explanation. Select the Mother (patient), Father (baby's), and Relative (mother or father) checkbox, if required, or enter this information in the Comments/Counse

Document the Medical, Surgical, and Interim Histories
You can document the medical infection history information in the Medical/Surgical/Interim panel. You can filter the past history records in the grid by selecting the Medical History/Surgical History/Interim History checkboxes. By default, Show All checkbox is selected. Open the Histories tab. Open the Medical/Surgical/Interim panel. Select Add to open the Past Medical History template. Select the checkbox corresponding to the correct entry. Note: Items in blue are categories rather than individual selections. Selecting the blue name, or selecting the checkbox opens a list of choices. The Add Pregnancy Detail button in the Medical panel opens the Pregnancy Outcomes template. Select the Add to Grid button. Past Medical History Expand Surgical to enter past procedures/operations. Select Save & Close.A new past medical history record displays in the panel on the Histories template. Documenting Obstetric Patient Histories
You can document information in the OB Histories template. To document information in the OB Histories template, select the Histories tab. By default, all panels on this template are expanded when the template is opened. Document the Pregnancy History You can document pregnancy history information in the Pregnancy History panel.
