Update Patient Care Team
You can update status, active and inactive details, and member details of a patient care team. From the Care Team Members template, in the Patient Care Team section, filter by the care team name and select a care team from the Care Team Details grid. The details of care team and its members appear in the corresponding fields. To update the care team details, edit the status and/or active and inactive dates. To update the care team member details, edit the status and/or active and inactive dates, and role or function. Note: If the participant type is Other, then you can edit a member's address details from the Care Team Configuration template. Click Update. Filter Practice Care Team and Members
You can filter the practice care team and member details from the Care Team Configuration template. Open the Care Team Configuration template. From the Filter by team name list, select a team.The practice care team and member details appear in the Practice Care Team Details grid. To filter member details based on their status, select a status from the Filter by status list.The member details appear in the Individual Care Team Members Details grid. Update Practice Care Team

Patient Care Team Members
You can use the Patient Care Team Members panel to view and manage a list of providers, agencies, organizations, care takers, and other individuals involved in the ongoing care of the patient. You can create and update patient care team details, either from the Patient Care Team Members panel of the Care Plan template or from the Care Team Members template. From the Patient Care Team Members panel, you can: Create and update patient care team. Add, update, and remove members and their details from the patient care team. Import practice care team to patient care team as one of the member. Remove Practice Care Team Member
You can remove care team member from the practice care team. From the Care Team Configuration template, search for a care team member.
