Filter option	Action
Section	Displays the screening questions associated with the selected section. To clear the filter, select the top-blank row in the list.
Unanswered Questions	Displays all the screening questions that do not have an answer in the grid.
Alert	Displays all the screening questions associated with an alert message in the grid.
Flagged	Displays all the flagged screening questions in the grid.

Document the Interview Questions Panel

You can enter the questions for patients using the Interview Questions panel. Expand the Interview Questions panel. The Allergies link opens the Allergies module. For more information, see Add the Allergy Details in Medication Allergies Module. The Medications links opens the Medications module. For more information, see Document the Patient's Medications. In the Answer field, select the appropriate answer for the question available in the Question field. An asterisk (*) appears to the left of the selected answer. Enter any Comment for the question being asked. You can enter comments without selecting an answer for the question. An alert message appears if the question is associated with an alert. Review the alert message and select OK. Note: An alert is pre-configured for the question in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Interview Questions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template

You can ask scheduling questions to a patient using the Interview Questions panel. The Interview Questions panel displays the scheduling questions associated with the procedure. When the procedure is selected in the Procedure panel, the grid in the Interview Questions panel appeawith the screening questions pre-configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Interview Questions If you wish to ask patient the scheduling questions associated with a particular section, select the Section field above the grid. The questions associated with the selected section appear in the grid for selection. The Question field contains the first question available in the grid and the corresponding options for the answer appear in the Answer field. The questions and the associated answers are configured on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Set Up New Preadmission Interview Questions

In the Interview Questions panel, you can configure the scheduling screening questions. You can also associate chart check tasks and/or patient instructions with the screening questions. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template , Interview Questions panel, click the Section field to choose an option from the resulting list. If the available options are not relevant, double-click the top-blank row in the list to type a new value in the Section field. Click the Question field to type a new question. Click the Answer Type field to select one of the options. Note: If you select the Picklist option , the Answer, Value type, and Alert text fields are available, otherwise, these fields are not applicable and are not available. For all answer types, to indicate that the current answer is one that will require follow-up actions, select the Flag for review check box. Remove Pre-admission Questions, Tasks, or Instructions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, select one of the following options for Content Type: Interview Questions - grid displays screening questions and the associated procedures and sections Chart Check - grid displays pre-admission chart check tasks and the associated procedures and sections Patient Instructions - grid displays instructions and the associated procedure and sections Select the row in the grid to be deleted. Delete Interview Questions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Interview Questions panel, select a row in the grid to be deleted. Click Remove. Save the template. The selected row is no longer available in the practice template grid and the Interview Questions panel in runtime. Edit Pre-admission Questions, Tasks, or Instructions

You can change the procedure and/or section associated with a screening question, chart check task, or patient instruction. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, select one of the following options for Content Type: Interview Questions - grid displays screening questions and the associated procedures and sections Chart Check - grid displays pre-admission chart check tasks and the associated procedures and sections Patient Instructions - grid displays instructions and the associated procedure and sections Select a row in the grid. The data appears in the corresponding fields above the grid. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Update. The modified data updates in the grid. Save the template.
