Enter Methadone and Assertive Community Treatment Program Information
In the Methadone Treatment section, click Methadone programs only - attendance schedule to select a value from the list or select the blank row at the top of the list to type an entry in the field.
Click the Daily dosage field to choose a value or select the top, blank row to type in the field.
In the Assertive Community Treatment Programs section, enter information For Assertive Community Treatment programs only, indicate the changes in individual’s status in assessed domain.
