Remove Detail Pop-up Clear Data Set Items

Edit Test Dates Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Test Dates.The existing data set items associated with the Test Dates data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select LOINC Codes.The existing data set items associated with the LOINC Codes data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Configure Detail Pop-up Clear Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Detail Pop-up Clear.The existing data set items associated with the Detail Pop-up Clear data set appear in the grid. Detail Pop-up Clear data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup - [New Record] template opens and the Data Set field populates with the selected data set. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code is automatically displayed. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In Template Pop-up, enter the template name. In Table name, enter the table name that includes the field you need to clear. In Field name, enter the name of the field that you need to clear. Select Save, and then select Close.The newly configured data set item appears in the Data Sets Setup template. Note: To add another item, select Clear For Add in the Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template and repeat step
