In the Data Sets Setup practice template, select Data Set and select Asthma Codes.The existing data set items associated with the Asthma Codes data set appear in the grid. Highlight a code to remove. Add Asthma SNOMED® Codes for Health Survey
In run time, you must add the configured asthma code in the Problem List panel on the Histories template as an active asthma problem. The qualified active asthma problem is then available for selection in the Health Survey Information template for asthma problem survey reporting. In the Data Sets Setup practice template, select Data Set and select Asthma Codes.The existing data set items associated with the Asthma Codes data set appear in the grid. Data Sets Setup template Select Add.The Template Data Set Setup template opens. Template Data Set Setup template If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code automatically appears. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from list. In Codes System, enter SNOMED. In Description, enter description of an asthma problem. In Code value, enter SNOMED code of asthma problem entered in the Description field. Select Save. Note: To add another item, select Clear For Add and rep

Add Test Code Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Test Codes.The existing data set items associated with the Test Codes data set appear in the grid. Test Codes data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup Select Test and select a name that the code or description will be mapped to from the picklist. The picklist displays the list of all test names currently available in the system. The name is used by the practice to identify an order, patient procedure, or lab. Select OK. Note: To enter a test name that is not listed, select the blank line that displays in the picklist and select OK. Type the name in the Test field. Enter one of the following: Codes - Enter the code to be mapped to. The entered code is used by the reference lab or outside study/procedure location to identify the test at their location for ordering or billing purposes. Description - Enter the text to describe the test. The entered text is the descrip
