Remove Additional Question Display Criteria

Associate Procedures to Preadmission Questions
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, Content Type filter, select Interview Questions. Click Procedure and select a procedure from the list. Click Section and select a section from the list. To clear the chosen section, click Section again and select the top-blank row in the list to type a section name. Click the Question field to open a list of screening questions associated with the chosen section. The screening questions are configured in the Interview Questions panel. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Interview Questions panel, select the row in the grid to be modified. The fields above the grid populate with the corresponding data. Make relevant changes in the applicable fields. Click Update. The modified details update in the grid. You may have to log out of the system to see the changes in runtime.
