Edit an Additional Question

Associate Procedures to Preadmission Questions
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, Content Type filter, select Interview Questions. Click Procedure and select a procedure from the list. Click Section and select a section from the list. To clear the chosen section, click Section again and select the top-blank row in the list to type a section name. Click the Question field to open a list of screening questions associated with the chosen section. The screening questions are configured in the Interview Questions panel. To clear the values from all fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. Save the practice template. Parent topic: Configuration for Scheduling Documentation

Remove Additional Question Display Criteria

Set Up Interview Questions Based on a Group
You can associate screening questions to a group of patients if those questions are associated to a display criteria. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template , Additional Questions to Display panel, click Group Name to select a name that includes the applicable question display criteria. Click Section to select a value from the resulting list. Click Question to choose from the list of questions associated with the selected section. To remove the data and start over, click the Clear button. Click Add. Save the practice template. Delete Interview Questions
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Interview Questions panel, select a row in the grid to be deleted. Click Remove. Save the template. The selected row is no longer available in the practice template grid and the Interview Questions panel in runtime. You may have to log out of the system and back in to see the changes on the ASC - Scheduling Questions and ASC - Pre admission templates. Parent topic: Set Up New Preadmission Interview Questions

Edit Existing Interview Questions
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Interview Questions panel, select the row in the grid to be modified. The fields above the grid populate with the corresponding data. Make relevant changes in the applicable fields. Click Update. The modified details update in the grid. You may have to log out of the system to see the changes in runtime.
