Document the Wart/Molluscum Treatment Details

You can enter details related to the wart or molluscum treatment procedure in the Wart/Molluscum Treatment section on the External Genitalia - Procedure template.

1. Open the External Genitalia - Procedure template.
2. In the Wart/Molluscum Treatment section, select Wart or Molluscum.
   

3. Select Yes or No for Initial treatment.
   • If you select No, you must enter the number of prior treatments performed for the outbreak.
4. Select the status of the condition.
5. Enter the following details:
   • Skin prepped with
   • Anesthetic
   • Dose
   • Quantity
   • Location
   • Treatment method
6. Enter your comments.
