Document Findings of MPI Tests

You can document the findings of the MPI test in the Findings section.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Click the Intake tab.
3. Select Cardiology as Specialty and Testing Only as Visit Type.
4. Click the MPI link.
   Note: You can also open the MPI-Card template from the left Navigation bar.
   The MPI-Card template opens.

   

5. To select all the findings of the test as normal, click All Normal.
6. Select the appropriate option from the Confirm Prior Study.
   If you click Yes, a Prior Study Comparison template opens.
7. If the results are not normal, select appropriate options as per the findings and enter comments wherever necessary.
8. Click Save.
