Document Diagnostic Details

You can add exam type, estimated gestational age (EGA), estimated fetal weight, and preconfigured diagnostic details for a diagnostic order.

1. In the Diagnostics Studies panel, select Add.
   The OB Diagnostics template opens.
2. In the Today's Assessment grid, select a diagnosis.
3. In the Orders section, select the Diagnostic study field and select a diagnostic study.
   The selected diagnostic study and the code appears. The Diagnostic Details link appears in the Result details section.
4. Select the Diagnostic Details link.
   The Diagnostic Details template opens.
5. To enter the diagnostic details, do the following:
   1. Select the Exam type.
   2. Enter the Fetus number.
   3. Enter the EGA at time of Sonogram and the EFW.
6. Select Category and Subcategory.
7. Select Result Findings.
8. Select or add the Test Result Findings.
   The result appears in the grid.
9. Select OK.
   The result also appears in the Result details section on theOB Diagnostic template .
