Edit Detail Pop-up Clear Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Detail Pop-up Clear.The existing data set items associated with the Detail Pop-up Clear data set appear in the grid. Configure Detail Pop-up Clear Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Detail Pop-up Clear.The existing data set items associated with the Detail Pop-up Clear data set appear in the grid. Detail Pop-up Clear data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup - [New Record] template opens and the Data Set field populates with the selected data set. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code is automatically displayed. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In Template Pop-up, enter the template name. In Table name, enter the table name that includes the field you need to clear. In Field name, enter the name of the field that you need to clear. Add PE Copy Forward Excluded Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select PE Copy Forward Excluded.The existing data set items associated with the PE Copy Forward Excluded data set appear in the grid. PE Copy Forward Excluded data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code automatically appears. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from the resulting list. In Specialty, enter the specialty. In Template Name, enter the name of the template used for physical examination. In Field Name, enter the name of the field that is required to be excluded when you copy forward details. Record Review of Systems Findings

Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Comp Assessment tab, expand the Review of Systems panel. Select Primary Care ROS - Male/Female from the left pane. The gender-specific ROS [Male or Female] template opens. ROS-Male Select the Neg (Negative) or Pos (Positive) option for each condition within the system groups. If you want to mark all the conditions as neg for a system, select the All neg checkbox for that system. You can also select the system-specific links to document detailed information on that specific system. If you want to document normal values in all the sections, in the ROS Defaults field, select the appropriate one-page default template from the list. All the fields in the template are filled with normal values to allow for charting by exception.
