Create and Configure Obstetrics Diagnostic Details

You can create and configure obstetrics diagnostic findings and associated results.

1. Open the Diagnostic Details Builder template.
   Note: The default practice is automatically selected. The preconfigured specialty, category, subcategory, findings, and test results for the practice appear in the grid.
2. In the Category and Subcategory Options section, select a specialty from the list or the All specialties option.
   Note:

   • To clear the values in a particular field, select Cl.
   • To clear all the fields in a section, select Clear All.
3. To add diagnostic groups, select a category.
4. Enter a subcategory, if necessary.
5. Select Add.
   The selected specialty, category, and subcategory details are added to the grid.
6. Select a record for specialty, category, and subcategory from the Category and Subcategory Options grid.
7. To add preconfigured result findings, type the description in Result Findings in the Findings and Test Result Configuration section.
8. Enter the details in Test Results.
   Note: The Units is applicable only when you select Numeric in Test Results. The available measurable numeric units are gram, mm, cm, mL, %, and bpm.
9. Select Add.
   The selected values are added to the grid.
10. Select OK.
