To enter a new intervention on the Intervention panel, click New Intervention.
The BH - New Intervention template opens.
Click the Linked to goal field to select a goal from the list and click OK.
In the Linked to objective field, select an item from the list of previously entered objectives.
Type an Intervention in the associated field.
Click the Service description/modality field to select a value from the Modality list or to use the top, blank line in the list to type a different modality.
In the Frequency field, do one of the following:
Select a value from the list.
Close the list to type a new kind of frequency.
Set Responsible (type of provider) to a value available from the list or close the list to enter a different type of provider.
Select Active or Inactive.
Click Save & Close to return to the IAP Review tab.
