Copy the Current Configurations

You can copy the current configurations to another specialty, practice, or provider using the copy button. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Framework Content template. To copy your preferences on the Framework Content system template, select the Specialty, Practice, or Provider. In the Copy To section, enter any or all of the following: Specialty Practice Provider Copy To option To duplicate the setup preferences, select the Copy button.The template refreshes with the selected preferences for the specialty, practice, or provider. Add the Framework Template Links

You can add the framework template links in the sub-navigation section associated with each tab. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Framework Content system template. Select the Tabs and Subnavigation panel. Sub navigation Select a tab. In the Sub Navigation section, type a label for the link in the Caption field. Configuration of Medical and Family History

You can configure the templates that open on adding a Medical or Family History on the Histories template. The configured templates appear when you add a medical history or family history on the Medical/Surgical/Interim panel and Family panel. The configurations apply to Specialty, Practice, and Provider. Medical / Family History The following templates are examples of which you can customise using the Medical / Family History panel. Open the Framework Content Template

You can open the Framework Content system template from the System \ Practice Template tab. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. Select All. Access the Configure, Medical, Surgical, and Family Hx System Template

To configure a system level medical, surgical, and family health history content, you must access the Configure Medical, Surgical, and Family Hx system template. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, click the File menu and select System/Practice Template. In Select Template, click All to view a list of system templates. Select Configure Medical, Surgical, and Family Hx from the list and click OK. The Configure Medical, Surgical, and Family Hx template opens. Add Interim History

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Intake template. In the History Summary section, select Interim. Select Add Interim. Document the reported history information.
