Add Substance Use Data

The data recorded for the Alcohol and Drug Use/Abuse sections at the top of the Substance Use panel carry forward to NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine core templates and vice versa. If details have been entered for drug or alcohol use on the core NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine templates, that data populates under Primary, Secondary, etc. For privacy reasons, information entered on the Behavioral Health, Substance Use Assessment template does not carry forward to the core templates that hold this type of information.
