On the BH Substance Use Assessment template, on the header of the Gambling/Other panel, do one of the following actions:
Select the No gambling/other reported option.
Expand the panel to answer No or Yes to the question: Have you ever felt the need to bet more and more money.
Note: Attempting to select the No gambling/other reported option when data is present in the panel, prompts an alert stating that you cannot select the checkbox if there is gambling or other data present in the panel.
Select No or Yes for the question: Have you ever had to lie to people who are important to you about how much you gambled.
If Yes is selected, enter additional details in the If yes to either, describe gambling history field.
For Other addictive behaviors, select Denied or Other.
If Other is chosen, enter details in the Describe field.
