Update a DB Picklist
Open the
BH Foundation Configuration
template, and expand the
BH DBPicklists
panel.
In the
DBPicklist Name
grid, select a picklist.
The picklist name appears in the
DBPicklist Name
field.
In the
List Item
grid, select a picklist value.
The list item value appears in the
List Item
field.
Modify the value and then select
Update
.
The new value appears in the grid.

Configure a DBPicklist with Picklist Values
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the BH DBPicklists panel. To make the practice-specific picklist, select Practice. Note: If you want a picklist to be available to the entire enterprise, leave the Practice field blank. Enter the name and comments for the picklist, and then select Add.The DBPicklist name appears in the DBPicklist Name grid based on its alphabetical order. Select the picklist in the DBPicklist Name grid.The picklist name appears in the DBPicklist Name field for the list items. DBPicklist Name field Enter the picklist value in the List Item field. Enter any qualifier information in the Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 fields. If a qualifier is not required, leave the fields blank. Set the Default Picklist Status
You can configure the default value for the Patient Discharge Status and Source of Admission picklists. To set the default value, you can update the Qualifier 1 field for the correct list time to Y. Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and expand the BH DBPicklists panel. In the DBPicklist Name grid, select the Patient Discharge Status or Source of Admission picklist. Select the correct picklist value in the List Item grid. Update the Qualifier 1 field to Y. Select Update next to the List Item grid. Set a Picklist as Program-specific
You can configure the Qualifier 1 field to make the ISP Goal, ISP Objective, and ISP Intervention picklists program-specific. If you leave the Qualifier 1 field blank, the picklist is applicable to all programs. Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and expand the BH DBPicklists panel. In the DBPicklist Name grid, select the ISP Goal, ISP Objective, or ISP Intervention picklist. The picklist name appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Select Qualifier 1. The Programs window displays a list of available programs. Select a program, and then select OK. The picklist appears only in the selected program. Parent topic: Behavioral Health DBPicklists

Update a Database Picklist Value
On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Database Picklists panel. Select the database picklist from the grid. The existing values appear in the right grid. Select the value to be updated from the grid. The information corresponding to the selected value appear in the fields below the grid. Update the desired information in the fields. Click Update. Update Picklist Value
On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Template Picklists panel. From the Templates grid, select the desired template. The Picklists grid displays all picklists currently on the selected template. Template Picklists panel on the Picklist Configuration template Select the desired picklist. The Values grid displays all values currently in the selected picklist. Select the value to be updated. The value name enters the field below the Values grid. Update the value and click Update. Update a Database Picklist for Use
Select the picklist in the Database Picklists grid. From the grid on the right, select a row. Select the blank field below the first column, and then select an item. The details for that row appear in the fields below the grid. Edit the entries in the fields. Picklist valus in the fields of the Database Picklists section Select Update.
