Open Participant Chart from Foster Dashboard

You can open the foster family participant chart using the Foster Dashboard grid. Open the CW Foster Dashboard (BH) template. CW Foster Dashboard (BH) Panel Select a row in the grid. Select Open Chart. If the bed status is Open or Bed Hold, the main participant's chart opens. If the bed status is Assigned, the chart of the child in the selected row opens. Search for Foster Care Bed

You can search for the preferred bed for your foster children. Open the CW Foster Dashboard (BH) template. CW Foster Dashboard (BH) Panel Enter values in the search criteria fields. To delete the value from a field, select the corresponding Cl button or select Clear All to delete all data. Select Search. The grid displays the records based on the search criteria. Child Welfare Foster Dashboard

You can easily view empty beds available for foster children, and continue to track the locations of each foster child within the program. CW Foster Dashboard(BH) Panel The CW Foster Dashboard (BH) template enables you to view the beds that are available for foster children. You can view the locations of the foster children within the Foster Care or Adoption Service program. The data of foster parents and children are entered in the Bed Placement Configuration panel on the CW Demographics (BH) template. The assignment of foster children to a specific bed and foster family is done on the CW Demographic (BH) template of the foster family, main participant. Note: The data grid on the CW Foster Dashboard template gets the available bed details from the extended data grid in the Bed Placement Configuration panel on the CW Demographics (BH) template. Open CW Home Interview (BH) Template

You can conduct an in-depth interview of prospective foster parents and document the details using the CW Home Interview (BH) template. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select a patient, and open an encounter. On the Encounters tab, select Open Template. The Select Template window opens. On the Medical Records tab, under Show, select All. The list of all medical record templates appears. Select CW Home Interview (BH), and then select OK. The CW Home Interview (BH) template opens.
