The following table provides a description of the panels available on the Finalize (BH) template. Not all panels are used for NextGen® Behavioral Health Suite workflows and some require additional configuration.
| Panels | Description |

| General | Displays the patient type (established or new patient) and contact type collected from either the Psych Eval (BH) or Psych Prog Note (BH) template and the PE Type. The values can be edited on this template. It also provides a link to enter information regarding the E&M Guidelines configured for the visit. |
| Today's Assessment | Displays the assessment/diagnosis information documented from the Psych Eval (BH) or Psych Prog Note (BH) template. You can view, add, edit, or remove diagnoses from the Today’s Assessment panel. |
| Provider Sign Off | Enables you to submit a task to a Supervising provider and to record their review via checkbox. For information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the Getting Started User Guide for NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. |
| Evaluation and Management Coding | Enables you to record the services rendered and the billing of service codes using 2021 E&M Coding Guidelines or 1997 E&M Coding Guidelines. |

| CPT II Claims Based Measure Reporting | Enables practices that use CPT II procedure codes for claims-based measure reporting can use the CPT II Claims Based Measure Reporting panel on the Finalize template to submit CPT II codes.
