Document Psychiatric Screening Details in the BPRS Template

You can quickly gather information about the possible presence and severity of various psychiatric symptoms using the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. For a patient encounter, open a template. In the header link section, select Screening Tools.The Screening Tools template opens. Select BH Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS).The BH Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) template opens. The encounter date is the default date in the Performed Date field. You can document information using other screening tools that are not configured to open as websites or templates using the Screening Tools template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient encounter, and open a template. For example, Intake. Select Navigation, and then select Screening Tools. The Screening Tools template opens. To view the screening tools, do one of the following: To view the screening tools configured for the selected specialty, select Current Specialty. To view all the screening tools, select All. Note: When you do not select a specialty for an encounter, the All option is selected by default, and all the screening tools appear on theScreening Tools template. Select a screening tool that is not configured to open as a website or template.
