Document Information about the Patient's Skill Assessment

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and then in Patient History, select Open Templates. The Select Template window opens. On the Medical Records tab, select All. Select IDD Functional Skills Assessment (BH), and then select OK. Note: You can open the IDD Functional Skills Assessment (BH) template from your Packet Navigation, or from the Templates module. Document the Patient's Personal Belongings

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and then in Patient History, select Open Templates. The Select Template window opens. On the Medical Records tab, select All. Select Personal Belongings (BH), and then select OK. Note: You can open the Personal Belongings (BH) template from your Packet Navigation or from the Templates module. For more information on configuring Packet Navigation, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Configuration Guide for NextGen® Behavioral Health Suite. Select a program. In the Personal Belongings panel, select the Personal Belongings link to document the patient's personal possessions with the details. The record appears in the grid. Note: You can filter the list of items by their status and the admission category. Document the required signature attestations on the collected belongings. Open Templates and Documents

You can open multiple templates and documents from one landing page using the Packet Navigation (BH) template. Note: When you open a template using a link from the Packet Navigation (BH) template, Packet Navigation is automatically saved to the encounter after closing it. You can configure the Packet Navigation on the BH Foundation Configuration template. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Configuration Guide for NextGen® Behavioral Health Suite. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. For an encounter, select Open Template.The Select Template window opens. In the Medical Records tab, select Packet Navigation (BH).The Packet Navigation (BH) template opens.
