Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and then in Patient History, select Open Templates.
The Select Template window opens.
On the Medical Records tab, select All.
Select Personal Belongings (BH), and then select OK.
Note: You can open the Personal Belongings (BH) template from your Packet Navigation or from the Templates module. For more information on configuring Packet Navigation, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Configuration Guide for NextGen® Behavioral Health Suite.
Select a program.
In the Personal Belongings panel, select the Personal Belongings link to document the patient's personal possessions with the details.
The record appears in the grid.
Note: You can filter the list of items by their status and the admission category.
Document the required signature attestations on the collected belongings.
Select Generate Document to print the personal belongings document.
Note: In the generated document, you can capture the required signatures.
