Document Details of Patients Enrolled in the Opiate Treatment Program
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
Select File > System\Practice Template.
Select the Practice tab, and then select All.
Select Opiate Treatment Clinician Management, and then select OK.
Select the opioid treatment program.
In the Opiate Treatment Patient Caseload and Opiate Treatment Discharge List panels, select a patient and select Open Chart to view their demographic information.
