Remove a Packet Navigation Configuration
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Packet/Intake Prescreen/Regulatory Items Configuration panel. Select Packet, Intake Prescreen, or Regulatory Category. Select a practice from the list, if applicable. In Program/Category, select a program from the list. Select the corresponding number, and then select Remove. Configure a Packet Navigation
When you configure a packet, you must select a program to assign the packet to. You can also configure a packet for a single practice or an entire enterprise. Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Packet/Intake Prescreen/Regulatory Items Configuration panel. Select either Packet, Intake Prescreen, or Regulatory Category. Packet Configuration panel In the Practice field, do one of the following: To configure a practice-specific packet, select a practice. To configure a packet for an enterprise, leave it blank. In Program/Category, select a program from the list. Select a number to apply the configuration to the selected position. The selected number appears in the # field. In the Subgroup field, do one of the following: To create a section header, select Header. To add blank space between items, select Spacer. To open a document from the packet, select Document. To open a template from the packet, select Template. In Caption, enter the header text to display

Packet/Intake Prescreen/Regulatory Items Configuration
The Packet/Intake Prescreen/Regulatory Items Configuration panel enables you to build program-specific landing pages for your staff. You can use landing pages to optimize practice workflow by grouping electronic health record content into a single page for easy reference. You can create separate landing pages for each program within the practice. You can configure templates and documents on a central landing page or homepage (Packet Navigation). There are three types of landing pages or packet navigation that you can configure. Packet enables you to create program-specific landing pages or home pages that contain commonly used templates and documents for the selected program. Intake Prescreen is generally used during your intake or admission process and contains templates and documents commonly used leading up to and during initial intake. Copy a Configuration for the BH Foundation Configuration Template
You can copy the configuration of BH Configuration panels to another program, practice, or location on the BH Foundation Configuration template. Open the BH Foundation Configuration template. Complete one of the following panels: Tabs & Sub Navigation Packet/Intake Prescreen/Regulatory Items Configuration In the Copy To section, do one of the following: To copy a configuration to another program, select a Program from the list. To copy a configuration to another practice, select a Practice from the list. To copy this configuration to another location, select a Location from the list. CAUTION: When you use the Copy To function, all existing tabs, links, packets, and intake prescreens from the source destination overwrite items in the target destination. Behavioral Health Packet Navigation
On Packet Navigation, a program-specific landing page, your staff can group commonly used templates and documents for easy access. You can also configure tabs and navigation links that can be accessible from a packet navigation. Tabs and navigation links offer additional shortcuts to provide quick access to streamline workflow. The landing pages, or Packet Navigation, are configured on the BH Configuration Foundation template. Configuring BH Foundation Settings
You can use the BH Foundation Configuration system template to configure settings for the NextGen® Behavioral Health Suite templates. The BH Foundation Configuration template is the central location for configuring settings for the Behavioral Health Suite templates. You can configure various elements of your BH content to accommodate your business workflow and requirements. Some items can be configured at the practice level, program level, for specific regulatory boards and in some instances, even for a specific location.
