Reviewing PCP, Primary Practice Provider, and Pharmacy Information
The PCP/Primary Practice Provider/Pharmacy panel enables you to view the client’s primary care physician, primary practice provider information, and their preferred pharmacy (up to two pharmacies). The information can be modified by selecting into the fields to document the applicable information for each section. Selecting into the Pharmacy section opens the Modify Patient Information window where you access the Pharmacy tab to make any updates for a client's pharmacy information.
