Open the CW Training and Group Note Template

You can document details about the training and group sessions that foster or adoptive parents attend.

1. In a group encounter, select the templates icon.
   The Select Template window opens.
2. In the Group tab, under Show, select All.
   The list of group templates appears.

   

3. Select the CW Training and Group Note (BH) template, and then select OK.
   The CW Training and Group Note (BH) opens.

   Note: You can configure your Packet Navigation to include a link to open the child welfare templates.
