Open the Specialty Configuration Home
You can open the specialty configuration homepage using the file menu. Open the NextGen® Enterprise EHR application. From the File menu, select System / Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. Select Template Note: By default, the System tab is selected, and preferred templates are displayed on the Select Template window. If the *Specialty Config Home option is not displayed in the preferred templates list, select All in the Show section.All system templates are displayed. Open the Specialty Configuration Home

Open the Framework Content Template
You can open the Framework Content system template from the System \ Practice Template tab. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. Select All. You can configure the templates related to the system and practice category using the system or practice template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. To view all the available templates, click All. To view the practice templates, click Practice. To view the system templates, click System. You can browse the Practice Configuration template to edit a patient's record. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template. The Select Template window opens.
