Copy a Configuration for the BH Foundation Configuration Template
You can copy the configuration of BH Configuration panels to another program, practice, or location on the BH Foundation Configuration template. Open the BH Foundation Configuration template. Complete one of the following panels: Tabs & Sub Navigation Packet/Intake Prescreen/Regulatory Items Configuration In the Copy To section, do one of the following: To copy a configuration to another program, select a Program from the list. To copy a configuration to another practice, select a Practice from the list. To copy this configuration to another location, select a Location from the list. CAUTION: When you use the Copy To function, all existing tabs, links, packets, and intake prescreens from the source destination overwrite items in the target destination. Required Fields Configuration
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Required Fields Configuration panel. Required Fields Configuration panel For the required template, select the checkbox next to the field to make it required. Select Save. Open the Practice Configuration Template
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. Click the Practice tab. In the Show section, click All . A list of practice level templates appears. Select Practice Configuration, and then click OK. The Practice Configuration template opens. Open the Specialty Configuration Home
You can open the specialty configuration homepage using the file menu. Open the NextGen® Enterprise EHR application. From the File menu, select System / Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. Select Template Note: By default, the System tab is selected, and preferred templates are displayed on the Select Template window. If the *Specialty Config Home option is not displayed in the preferred templates list, select All in the Show section.All system templates are displayed. Open System or Practice Template
You can configure the templates related to the system and practice category using the system or practice template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. To view all the available templates, click All. To view the practice templates, click Practice. To view the system templates, click System.
