Document Professional and Agency Information for Patient Crisis Support

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, in Patient History, select the Templates button.
    The Select Template window opens.
  2. On the Medical Records tab, select All.
  3. From the list, select Patient Safety Plan (BH) and select OK.
  4. Expand the Professionals/Agencies panel.
  5. Select the Community Resources link.
  6. In the Community Resources window, select the resource in the All Resources grid, and then select Include selected resource.
    The selected resource appears in the Patient's Resources grid.
  7. Select Save & Close.
    The resource information appears in the Professionals/Agencies grid.
  8. To add entries in the Community Resource grid, open the Community Resource Setup panel on the System Configuration template.
