Sub-template Configuration

As a Practice administrator, you can insert your custom sub-template into specific BH Suite templates. Once configured in the new Sub Template Configuration (BH) system template, your custom content appears in the Agency Defined panel of the BH Suite template. You can configure the dynamic sub-template on the following templates: Brief Assessment (BH) Comp Assessment (BH) Integrated Service Plan (BH) Psych Eval (BH) Psych Progress Note (BH) Progress Note (BH) Contact Note (BH) Configure Sub-templates You can configure sub-templates to modify and customize the fields based on the configuration. Open the Specialty Configuration Home

You can open the specialty configuration homepage using the file menu. Open the NextGen® Enterprise EHR application. From the File menu, select System / Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. Select Template Note: By default, the System tab is selected, and preferred templates are displayed on the Select Template window. If the *Specialty Config Home option is not displayed in the preferred templates list, select All in the Show section.All system templates are displayed. View System and Practice Templates

System and Practice templates store any necessary information without relation to either a patient or an encounter. Do one of the following: From the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Menu bar, select File, and then select System\Practice Template. If available, execute a template field trigger for selecting System and Practice templates. The Select Template window opens. To open templates of that type, select the System (default) or Practice tab. In the Show section, select one of the following options: All. All of the available system or practice templates. Preferred. Only your user-defined, preferred list of templates. Yo can use the Templates Preferences feature of NextGen® Enterprise EHR to define the list of preferred templates. Categories. Open the BH Foundation Configuration Template

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens with the system-related templates. Select All. The list of all the system templates opens. Modify Links

You can update or delete the existing links as per your requirement. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Framework Content system template. Select a Specialty and Practice. Under the Tabs section, select a Template and Visit Type. Associated links are updated in the Sub Navigation section. In the Sub Navigation grid, select a row. The Caption and Template fields are updated based on the selected tab. To update or remove a link, do one of the following as applicable: To update a link, make the necessary changes in the Caption and Template fields, and select Update. To remove a link, select Delete. Note: You can view a confirmation message appears to confirm if you want to delete all the sub-navigational links for the selected tab.
