Set Up a Batch Header Record

You can create a batch header record to enter payments, refunds, and adjustments for transactions.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. On the main toolbar, select Posting .
    The Batch Posting window opens.
  3. Select open menu , select New, and then select one of the following options:
    • Batch to create a batch for anyone in the system, and define the default Process Date or Adjudication Date.
    • Enterprise Batch to enter, balance, and post transactions from multiple practices within the same enterprise.
    • Quick Batch to create a batch secured to you, using the default system dates and an active status.

  4. Enter the required information for the batch.
  5. Select OK.
    The created batch displays under the Existing Batches list on the Posting window.
