To setup for archiving Recall Letters, do the following:
Access
NextGen® Enterprise PM
.
From the
Admin
menu, select
Preferences
, and then
Enterprise
.
The
Enterprise Preferences
window opens.
Select the
General
tab.
In the
Archive Letters
field, select the
Recall
check box.
To save changes and close the window, select
OK
