Set Up for Archived Budget Letters

To archive budget letters, do the following:
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Enterprise.
    The Enterprise Preferences window opens.
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. Select the Budget (all types) check box from the Archive Letters list
  5. To save changes and close the window, select OK.
