Set up for Archived Budget Statements

To archive budget statements, do the following:
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Enterprise.
    The Enterprise Preferences window opens.
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. Select the Budget Statement check box from the Archive Statements list.
  5. To save changes and close the window, select OK.
