Setting Up Claims to Print NextGen® Document Management Images
You can print images (such as X-rays) that are associated with an encounter when you generate the claim for the encounter. To configure images to print with claims, you must: Set up the Payers master file to enable printing images with claims. For more information, see Set Up Payers to Print Images with Claims. Set up specific document types to print with claims. For more information, see Set Up a Document Type to Print Images With Claims. When you set up a payer to print NextGen® Document Management documents with claims, the applicable document types are collated and printed with the payer's claims. Attach a Claim Printing Library to a Payer
The default Claim Printing library for a payer overrides the default Claim Printing library for a practice when you generate a claim. In File Maintenance, select Master Files - System > Payers. The Payers List window opens. Double-click the payer or select open menu button and select Open. Select Alt Payer. Select a claim printing library from the Claim Print Library list. Select OK.
