You can generate an individual Demand Account collection letter for a guarantor using the Account Profile window.
 
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
 
  - Select Account.
   
    The Account Lookup window opens.
   
 
  - Enter search criteria to locate the desired account. 
 
  - Select Find. 
   
    All existing accounts that match the search criteria is displayed in the Account List section of the window.
   
 
  - In the Account List, double-click to open the account.
   
    The Account Profile window opens.
   
 
  - Do one of the following:
   
    - On the NextGen® Enterprise PM toolbar, select Letters.
 
    - From the Tasks menu, select Demand, and then Demand Letter.
 
   
   
    The Demand Letters window opens.
   
 
  - Right-click the desired account letter and select one of the following.
   
    
     - To preview the letter, select Preview.
 
     - To print the letter, select Print.
 
    
    
   
    Note: The letter is sent to the printer defined in . If the user has specified a different printer in , it overrides the printer defined in Practice Preferences. 
     
      
    
   
    
     - To create an ASCII export file and send it to the third-party vendor for processing (printing and mailing), select Export.
 
    
    
   
    A message appears confirming that the letters printed or exported correctly.
   
 
  - If the letter is printed or exported correctly, select Yes.
   
    The following information is updated in the guarantor's account. 
    
     - The Last Letter Print Date field is updated on the Properties tab in Account Profile.
 
     - A Demand Account Letter Printed/Exported significant event is recorded in the History folder on the Notes tab in Account Profile.
 
    
    Note: You can enable the significant event from the .
    
 
    
  - To close the window, select Close.
   
    Note: To prefix the Practice ID in the Account NBR field in an individual account collection letter, open NextGen® Enterprise PM Practice Preference window, select Forms, and then, select the Prefix Practice ID on Account NBR for financial letters check box.
