Print a Blank Fee Ticket

A Fee Ticket is a form than can be printed and given to the provider to document diagnosis codes and procedure codes for a patient's encounter. The form can then be used as the source document for entering charges on the encounter.. A blank Fee Ticket can be printed without patient-specific information.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
2. Select File > Print Forms > Blank Fee Ticket.
   The Print Fee Tickets window appears.
3. To select a different body image for the blank fee ticket, in the Fee Ticket Options section, select the Alternate Fee Ticket Body checkbox, and then select the desired body image name in the drop-down field.
4. To print the blank fee ticket, select Print.
   You can preview the blank fee ticket prior to printing by selecting Preview.
