Desktop Settings

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, you can resize windows and reposition them on your screen. For example, you can make the Add Appointment window larger or smaller and move it to the right or left side of the screen.

You can also customize the order and width of columns on some windows. For example, on the Appointment Lookup window, you can add or remove columns in the Appointment List section and change the order and width of the columns.

The changes you make in NextGen® Enterprise PM are saved to your desktop settings, and your customizations appear whenever you open a window.

A Reset Desktop Settings option is available to undo your customizations and reset all windows to their original default settings.
