You can define preferred services for a patient which will then show up under preferred benefits.
- In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin, and then select .
The Practice Preferences window opens.
- From the Preference List, select Eligibility Verification.
- From the Eligibility Preferred Service Types list, select the service types.
These service types are displayed as preferred benefits in the NextGen® Eligibility Verification reports style sheet when you submit a NextGen® Eligibility Verification request.
