Create Tasks from the Anesthesia Concurrency Audit Report

Access NextGen® Enterprise PM. Run the Anesthesia Concurrency Audit process for one or more encounters. The Anesthesia Concurrency Audit report opens. Select the Assign Tasks button on the report toolbar. The Add Tasks from Report window opens. Select the Task Type and Assigned To user(s) for the new tasks. Enter additional information for the tasks as needed. To save changes and close the window, select OK. The following prompt displays for encounters on the report that do not have an existing open task: n source(s) on this report do not have an open task of this type assigned. Confirm mass creation of n task(s). The following prompt displays for encounters on the report that do have an existing open task: n source(s) on this report already have an open task of this type assigned. Tasking from Anesthesia Reports

Work log Tasks can be manually created and assigned to users in batch mode from the Anesthesia Concurrency Audit report and the Anesthesia Contractual Analysis report. A task is created for each encounter listed on the report that does not already have an existing open task. Note: Tasks created from anesthesia reports must be set up in the Tasks Types master file with Source Type = Encounter.
