Create a Consolidated Services Claim

  1. Access the Claim Request Lookup window.
  2. In the Request Status field select HOLD - H.
  3. Set any additional search criteria on the General tab.
  4. Click Find.
    The filtered claim data displays in the Claim Requests section of the window.
  5. To select the claims for consolidation, enable the check box.
  6. Right-click and select Consolidate Same Day Claims.
    The Consolidated Services Claim report opens.

    The alerts may appear when you try to close the Consolidated Services Claim report.
