Add a New Device And Map Multiple Gateway IDs to the VeriFone IP Address

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. From Preference List, select Payment Processing. In Credit Card Processor, select TSYS-Express. In Default CCOF Gateway ID, enter the default gateway ID. To add a new device, select Gateway IDs. The TSYS-Express Configuration window opens. To map multiple gateway IDs to a single IP address, do the following: In New IP Address, enter the IP address of the VeriFone device. Type the device name and then select Add. The IP address and device name are added to the IP Address/No Device list. To add the description, gateway ID, RegKey ID, and HostedKey ID, select the relevant IP address from the IP Address/No Device list. TSYS provides the values of the Gateway ID, RegKey ID, and HostedKey ID fields. Enter the description, gateway ID, RegKey ID, and HostedKey ID of the device in the grid. Set Up User Preferences for the VeriFone Device - TSYS Express Set Up User Preferences for the VeriFone Device - TSYS Express You must set up and pair all VeriFone devices with the correct IP address. Then repeat the process for each device/IP address. This list is generated from the device information entered on the TSYS-Express Configuration window in Practice Preferences Payment Processing. Select Admin > Preferences > User > General > Payment Processing tab. The Payment Processing tab on the User Preferences window opens. To pair your workstation with a VeriFone device, under Credit Card Devices, select the open menu button . The User Credit Card Device Setup window opens. Configure Payment Processing for TSYS Express with VeriFone Device

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. From Preference List, select Payment Processing. In Credit Card Processor, select TSYS-Express. To save a unique credit card token ID on the file for future payments, select Save Credit Card Token ID on File. To enter a new device or to map multiple gateway IDs to the VeriFone IP address, select Gateway IDs. For more information about entering a new device and mapping multiple gateway IDs to the VeriFone IP address, go to Add a New Device And Map Multiple Gateway IDs to the VeriFone IP Address. To use a default gateway ID for credit cards on file while making a payment, enter the Default CCOF Gateway ID. Select the payment method and the bad debt payment method.
