Select Master Files > Practice > Statement Parameter Mappings.
The Statement Parameter Mappings List window opens.
Do one of the following:
To add new mappings, select Open Menu and then select New.
To modify existing mappings, select the item in the list. Select Open Menu, and then select Open.
The Map Statement Parameters window opens.
In the Financial Class field field, select a financial class for one or more linked Statement Libraries. This field is required.
Note: If you select a self-pay financial class, then you can only select a single library as there are no secondary or tertiary payers on self-pay encounters.
In the When Primary field, select the primary Statement Library. This field is required.
In the When Secondary field, select the secondary Statement Library.
In the When Tertiary field, select the tertiary Statement Library.
In the Note field, enter any additional information for the mappings. The note does not print on statements.
