To create a new library, select open menu , and then select New.
To modify an existing library, select the library from the list, and then select open menu , and then select Open.
The Crosswalk Library Search window opens.
In Library Name, enter a name for the library.
In Effective Date, enter the date the library becomes effective.
In Expiration Date, enter the date the library expires.
Add or modify ASA and Surgery code combinations as needed.
Select OK.

Import an ASA Crosswalk File You can create an ASA Crosswalk library automatically by importing a file obtained from the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) that includes all anesthesia or surgery code combinations.
