Unduplicated Patients Report

The Unduplicated Patients report allows health centers to view a list of unique un-duplicated patients. The report is a modified version of the Encounters Listing report (daily report). The report shows a list of patients and the number of encounters for each patient within the specified encounter date range. Each patient is listed only once, therefore un-duplicated, regardless of the number of encounters. Significant columns in this report are: Enc Cnt (Total Encounters within Date Range): This column displays the total number of encounters for each patient listed. FQHC Enc Cnt (Total FQHC Encounters within Date Range): This column displays the total number of encounters flagged as Qualifying Encounter on the Encounter Maintenance > Claims tab. Note: This report is not intended to match or be a substitute for the reports generated in NextGen® UDS Reporting. Health Center Reports

Health Center reports are accessed from the Reports > Health Center menu in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Health Center reports include the following: Change in A/R without Encounter Rate Qualifying Encounter Sliding Fee Patient Unduplicated Patients In addition to standard filters that are available on most other reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM, such as Rendering, Payer and Location, the Health Center reports also include the following filters for patient information typically collected by Community Health Centers and Tribal Health Services practices: Homeless Status Migrant Worker Status Language Barrier Primary Medical Coverage Public Housing Primary Care School Based Health Center Tribal Affiliation Blood Quantum IHS Eligibility Status Classification/Beneficiary Descendancy Veteran Status Note: To access Health Center reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM, you must have security access rights to the following option in System Administrator: Operations > Reports > Health Center. Group Scheduling Reports

Reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM can be generated to include information related to Patient Groups, Group Appointments and Group Encounters. The Patient Groups report lists groups that have been created in either NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM, including all patients added to or removed from each group. By default, this report is sorted by patient group name. For more information, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the Reports User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise PM . In addition to the Patient Groups report, columns are available on other reports as listed below. These columns can also be used with the Filter 2, Sorting and Totals report filter options. This report contains fields that can be identified as Protected Content in Enterprise Preferences. These fields identify a patient's sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI). If any of these fields are identified as protected content fields, then you must have the appropriate security access rights to view the data in these fields.
