Health Center Reports

Health Center reports are accessed from the Reports > Health Center menu in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Health Center reports include the following: Change in A/R without Encounter Rate Qualifying Encounter Sliding Fee Patient Unduplicated Patients In addition to standard filters that are available on most other reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM, such as Rendering, Payer and Location, the Health Center reports also include the following filters for patient information typically collected by Community Health Centers and Tribal Health Services practices: Homeless Status Migrant Worker Status Language Barrier Primary Medical Coverage Public Housing Primary Care School Based Health Center Tribal Affiliation Blood Quantum IHS Eligibility Status Classification/Beneficiary Descendancy Veteran Status Note: To access Health Center reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM, you must have security access rights to the following option in System Administrator: Operations > Reports > Health Center. Unduplicated Patients Report Columns

This report contains fields that can be identified as Protected Content in Enterprise Preferences. These fields identify a patient's sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI). If any of these fields are identified as protected content fields, then you must have the appropriate security access rights to view the data in these fields. The following columns are available on the Unduplicated Patients report: Column Name Description Data Populates From Account Nbr Account Number Account Profile Addr1 Line 1 of the patient mailing address. Group Scheduling Reports

Reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM can be generated to include information related to Patient Groups, Group Appointments and Group Encounters. The Patient Groups report lists groups that have been created in either NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM, including all patients added to or removed from each group. By default, this report is sorted by patient group name. For more information, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the Reports User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise PM . In addition to the Patient Groups report, columns are available on other reports as listed below. These columns can also be used with the Filter 2, Sorting and Totals report filter options. UnBilled Encounters Report

The UnBilled Encounters report is encounter based and shows every billed encounter for a specified date range. It displays the data under the primary payer or financial class on the encounter. For charges to show on the report, the charge must meet the criteria selected on all filters. Note: This report is identical to the Daily Encounters and Billed Encounters reports. The only difference is that each report has different encounter statuses pre-selected on Filter 1. There are several configurable filters available on the Report Filter > Settings List. Select the desired filters to narrow the data on the report. The report has "drill-down" functionality that enables you to double-click on a record to access the Patient Chart window directly from the report. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select Accounts Receivable and then select Unbilled Encounters.
