Eligibility Manager Eligibility Graph

The transaction chart displays on the dashboard of the Eligibility Verification Manager window. The bar graph is a display of transactions grouped by request date. The Chart Transaction Volume allows you to chart transactions for the last 62 days. You can also select the Date Range fields to enable them. Eligibility Verification from Eligibility Manager

To perform an Eligibility Verification from Eligibility Verification Manager, select a patient from the Eligibility Verification Manager grid. With the patient row highlighted, right-click and then select Eligibility Verification. The Eligibility Verification window appears with the patient's name highlighted in the title bar. You can access Eligibility Verification Manager by selecting one of the following: Eligibility Verification Manager button Tasks menu Eligibility Verification Manager Eligibility Verification Manager Dashboard displays. Search for Transactions

You can search for transactions from the Transaction Ledger window. Access the Batch Posting window. Select the applicable batch, right-click and then select Ledger. In the Ledger Lookup window, right-click and select Ledger Lookup. The Ledger Lookup window opens. Do the following as applicable: Enter a source identification number. Select one of the following source type: Account Budget Encounter Invoice Enter a transaction date. Enter the total amount billed. Enter the allowed amount. Enter the payment amount for a transaction. Enter the adjustment or refund amount. Select one or more of the transaction codes that you want to include in your search criteria. Enter the tracking description. Enter the last name of the patient. Clear the Include Reconciled check box if you do not want to include reconciled transactions as part of your search criteria. View Latest Successful Eligibility Response from Encounter

Before you begin Submit NextGen® Eligibility Verification request for a patient. See Submit Eligibility Requests. You can view the response for the latest successful transaction from the encounter on the patient chart.. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Encounter. The Encounter Lookup window opens. Using the search criteria, find the patient. The search result displays the list of encounters for the patient. On the Encounter Lookup window, double-click the encounter. The patient chart for the patient opens. The list of encounters for the patient is displayed in the Encounters window. On the Encounters list, right-click the encounter you want to view and select Eligibility Verification > View Latest Successful Response. The system searches for the eligibility response for the latest successful transaction occurred during the time period specified in the user preferences.
