Run a Memorized Report
After a report is memorized, you can run it whenever needed if you have the appropriate security rights.
Note: When you run a report that was memorized in a previous version of the application, a message might display alerting you that the original "base report" has changed in the new version of the application. For example, new columns may have been added to the Daily Charges report. You may want to review your current memorized report columns and filters to determine whether they should be modified based on changes to the base report in the new version.
Do one of the following:
- Do one of the following:
- From the main toolbar, select the Reports button.
- From the Reports menu, select Memorized.
The Memorized Reports window opens. - In the Report Type field, select the category that you saved the memorized report.
A list of memorized reports displays.
- From the list, select a memorized report and then do one of the following:
- Double-click to open the report.
- Right-click and select Open.
The Report Filter window opens with all previously memorized column, filter and sorting selections.Note: When you open an old enhanced report that was memorized, a warning message appears stating that this memorized report is not compatible with the new enhanced report version. You can open the base report to specify the report settings. When you select Yes, the base report opens and when you select No, the Memorized Reports window opens.Note: There is no impact on the legacy memorized reports if the Enhanced Report column in the Memorized Reports window shows N. You get the warning message only for the older versions of memorized enhanced report. The Memorized Reports window continues to show the filters in legacy mode. For better accessibility of the report, it is recommended to open the corresponding enhanced report and memorize the filters. - To generate the report, select OK.
