Review or Modify Card Data

The Credit Card on File tab displays data for all of the credit cards on file for an account. You can add, modify, hide or unhide data on this tab. The application allows you to enter data for multiple cards but only one card can be the active card.

  1. Access the Account Profile and select the Credit Card on File tab.

  2. Select the desired row to edit in the Account Profile.
  3. To open the Credit Card on File Assignment window, select the open menu button and select Open.
    The Credit Card on File Assignment window opens.

  4. Review or modify the following information on this window:
    • Active card on File: This check box is preselected if this is the active card on file.
    • Payment Method: This radio button is pre-selected and is unavailable for editing. Key is selected.
    • Card Number: Displays the last four digits of the card number.
    • Expiration MM/YY: Displays the month and year the card expires.
    • Cardholder Name: Displays the name of the cardholder.
    • Card Type: Displays the type of card, for example VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
    • FSA/HSA Card: Select this option if the card is an FSA or HSA card. This data is only used for reporting purposes.
    • Use Guarantor Address: This check box is preselected and pulls the guarantor address from the account.
    • Street: Enter or modify the street address of the card holder or guarantor.
    • City: Enter or modify the city of the billing address.
    • State: Enter or modify the state of the billing address.
    • Zip: Enter or modify the zip code of the billing address.
