Restrict User Access at the Case Level
- In the NextGen System Administrator, select a group, and then select the Case Management tab.
- Under Restrictions, select the items you want to restrict, and then select the Modify button next to the item.
The Modify Restrictions window opens. If you selected Diagnosis Category, the window also displays the codes and descriptions associated with the diagnosis category.
- Select the specific items for restriction, and then select OK.
- Under Case Type Category Restrictions, select the categories you want to restrict, and then select Modify.
The Modify Case Type Category Item Restrictions window opens.
- Select the specific items for restriction or select Check All.
Note: These items are from the Case Category master list in File Maintenance.
- Select OK.
